Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. seeks a seasoned Construction Program Manager to lead new store and special project builds from inception through turnover.

This remote role requires coordinating with developers, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will manage schedules, bidding, permits, and QA across disciplines, travel up to 75%, and support first-year warranty activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 7+ years of multi-site construction management experience.
• Knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines and ADA.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with CAD, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Participate in negotiation of construction activities to establish terms and milestones.
• Establish project schedule and adapt activities to meet delivery dates.
• Identify and qualify potential contractors for project use.
• Manage the GC competitive bidding process through contract execution.
• Monitor and enforce criteria compliance and quality control during all construction phases.
• Coordinate information flow between BSRO and external stakeholders.
