Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee new builds, renovations, and expansions of fulfillment centers across the United States. You will lead preconstruction management, coordinate design and scheduling, manage budgets, and mitigate risks while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience managing retrofit, expansion, and industrial building projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate design, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction management for retrofit, expansion, and industrial projects from concept to handoff.
• Document site specifics from site selection and transaction management.
• Coordinate architectural/engineering specs, site surveys, and drawings.
• Manage transportation, internal requirements, and business standards per site.
