Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Construction Manager for Building and Infrastructure, supporting strategy, integrity, and capital investment across facilities. You’ll oversee building envelopes, structural assets, site infrastructure, and capital projects to improve safety, reliability, and long-term performance.

The role operates as an owner, not just a maintainer, with remote work options within approved U.S. locations and up to 50% travel, including domestic and international assignments.

Qualifications

• Education/experience options: bachelor's with 6+ years in design or construction management or an associate with 12+ years experience.
• Experience leading building, site, or infrastructure capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of building envelope systems, construction methods, and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure asset management, lifecycle, and condition assessments.
• Define scope, budgets, and oversight for capital projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with operations, EHS, and stakeholders on risk management and compliance.
• Develop multi-year capital improvement plans and prioritize based on asset value and risk.
• Communicate technical concepts to executive leadership with concise business cases.
