Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Construction Manager to lead strategy, integrity, and capital investment for building and site infrastructure across our facilities. You will provide technical leadership for building envelope systems, structural assets, and site utilities to enhance safety, reliability, and long-term business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive design/construction management experience.
• Experience managing building, site, or infrastructure capital projects.
• Strong understanding of building envelope systems and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facility Infrastructure & Asset Management across building and site infrastructure including roofing, structural systems, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and site utilities.
• Define scope, budgets, and manage contractors for capital projects from planning through completion.
• Identify risks, develop long-term maintenance and replacement strategies, and improve asset reliability and safety.
• Create multi-year capital improvement plans and establish infrastructure standards for future planning.
