Dart Container seeks a Senior Facilities Engineer to lead reliability, expansion, and long-term strategy for process utility and facility systems supporting manufacturing operations.

This role operates at the intersection of engineering, capital planning, and business strategy, serving as a technical leader across utility infrastructure and facility systems. Travel up to 50% and remote-friendly for US-based applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capital projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of process utility systems and reliability engineering.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication of complex concepts to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facility and Process Utility System Performance.
• Provide technical ownership of critical process utility infrastructure (compressed air, process water, vacuum, wastewater).
• Drive reliability, capacity, and lifecycle performance.
• Develop long-range asset and obsolescence strategies.
• Develop and influence 5–10 year roadmaps for process utility systems and site infrastructure.
• Prioritize investments based on risk, reliability, and business value.
• Manage execution across design, procurement, construction, and startup.
• Deliver projects that increase capacity and reduce risk.
