Job summary
ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company seeking a Construction and Maintenance Project Manager for a fully remote role. The position requires 10+ years of hands-on experience and strong leadership to supervise maintenance projects and onsite teams from a distributed workforce.
The job offers a competitive salary (60K–65K), full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K), weekly pay, and PTO.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and/or construction.
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Project Manager or similar role in construction industry.
- Solid employment history.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Technical skills and ability to use construction management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Must live in: Virginia, Arizona, New York, North Carolina, Arkansas, Alabama, Texas, Illinois, Georgia, New Jersey, Nevada, Tennessee, Connecticut, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facility maintenance projects and work orders.
- Supervise and manage onsite workforce
- Monitor project progress and update management
- Coordinate/Schedule and Monitor project timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement timely solutions
