Job summary

ABCO Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Construction and Maintenance Project Manager for a fully remote role. The position oversees daily facility maintenance projects, oversees onsite workforce, and coordinates project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in maintenance/construction, proven PM or supervisor experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and must reside in one of the allowed states; the role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in maintenance and/or construction.
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Project Manager or similar role in construction industry.
• Solid employment history.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must live in: Virginia, Arizona, New York, North Carolina, Arkansas, Alabama, Texas, Illinois, Georgia, New Jersey, Nevada, Tennessee, Connecticut, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility maintenance projects and work orders.
