ABCO Maintenance is seeking a Construction and Maintenance Project Manager for a fully remote role. The position oversees daily facility maintenance projects, coordinates an onsite workforce, and ensures safety compliance while reporting progress to management.

Candidates must have 10+ years in maintenance or construction, proven leadership, and strong communication. A track record in construction supervision and experience with construction management software are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and/or construction.
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Project Manager or similar role in construction industry.
• Solid employment history.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Technical skills and ability to use construction management software and tolls.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Conflict resolution skills.
