ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that offers a fully remote position. You will supervise daily facility maintenance projects, manage onsite workforce, and coordinate timelines to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in maintenance/construction, proven PM or supervisor experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with construction management software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and/or construction.
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Project Manager or similar role in construction industry.
• Solid employment history.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Technical Skills and ability to use construction management software and tolls.
• Strong Communication skills, verbal and written.
• Conflict Resolution skills.
• MUST LIVE IN: Virginia, Arizona, New York, North Carolina, Arkansas, Alabama, Texas, Illinois, Georgia, New Jersey, Nevada, Tennessee, Conneticut, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, New Hampshire.
