ABCO Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Construction and Maintenance Project Manager for a fully remote role in the US. You will supervise daily facility maintenance projects, oversee on-site teams, and ensure timely progress while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in maintenance/construction, strong leadership and project management skills, and proven experience with construction management software. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and/or construction.
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Project Manager or similar role.
• Solid employment history and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to use construction management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility maintenance projects and work orders.
• Supervise and manage onsite workforce.
• Monitor project progress and update management.
• Coordinate/schedule and monitor project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement timely solutions.
