Qualifications

• 3–5 years account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active property & casualty license required; CIC preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business ensuring retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims and coverage analysis.
• Renewals: client research, submissions, negotiate coverages, proposals.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
