Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Controls Manager to support data center and mission critical capital programs. This primarily remote role will manage cost controls across tenant fit-outs, retrofits, technology modernization, connectivity projects, and ground-up construction.

The ideal candidate delivers accurate financial insight and supports informed decisions. You will review invoices, manage forecasts and accruals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field required.
• 7+ years in construction cost controls, project controls, or capital delivery.
• Experience with data centers or mission critical facilities preferred.
• Strong forecasting, cash flow, invoicing, and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel and strong communication and organization abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasts, cash flow, accruals, and EAC reporting.
• Review invoices, change orders, labor rates, and payment documentation.
• Maintain cost risk registers and escalate forecast concerns.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and variance explanations for executives.
• Ensure data accuracy across project controls, finance, procurement, and reporting systems.
• Support POs, contract administration, compliance, and financial closeout.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve cost issues across programs.
