Job summary

Arcadis in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Construction Cost Controls Manager to support data center and mission critical capital programs. This primarily remote role will oversee cost controls across tenant fit-outs, retrofits, tech modernization, and ground-up construction.

You will deliver accurate financial insights, identify risks early, and support informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong forecasting, cash flow management, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams are

Qualifications

7+ years in construction cost controls or related fields.
Experience supporting complex programs, data centers or mission critical environments.
Advanced Excel and strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasts, cash flow, accruals, and cost reporting.
Review invoices, change orders, labor rates, markups, and supporting docs.
Maintain cost risk registers, monitor mitigations, escalate concerns.
Prepare monthly cost reports, variance explanations, and executive summaries.
Ensure data accuracy across project controls, finance, procurement, and reporting systems.
Support POs, contract administration, compliance, audit readiness, and closeout.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve cost issues.
