Paragon Legal seeks an experienced Contracts Manager for an all-remote, 20-40 hour/week engagement. The role focuses on reviewing, redlining, and negotiating construction-related agreements, including MSAs, with owners, GCs, and subs.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on construction contract experience, practical business-minded negotiation skills, and the ability to work across teams with a time-zone agnostic setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction contract redlining experience.
• Understanding owner-GC-subcontractor contracting relationships.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating MSAs and third-party agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline and negotiate construction-related agreements.
• Enhance an existing contract playbook.
• Partner with the sales team to move agreements forward.
• Develop indemnification and liability provisions as needed.
