Doxel is seeking a Construction Client Manager to guide adoption of our AI-driven platform with leading GC partners and owners. You will maximize customer usage, adoption, and value while building strong relationships from field teams to VPs of Construction.

The role is remotely based in the Austin or Dallas metro areas, with regular weekly travel to job sites and customers across the US. You will work with the industry’s best teams to push the construction field forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction as project engineer/manager/scheduler/superintendent/controls.
• Knowledge of GC processes and field operations.
• Comfortable with modern tech for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to strategic customers and drive impact.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with executives.
• Capture feature requests and elevate bug reports to engineering.
