Job summary

Doxel is seeking a Construction Client Manager to join the remote-first team operating from the Austin or Dallas area with regular site travel. You will guide top General Contractors and owners in adopting Doxel’s real-time construction insights, establishing strong partnerships, and maximizing platform value across large-scale projects.

In this role, you will become the subject matter expert, drive customer success, and collaborate with engineering to address requests.

Qualifications

5+ years in the commercial construction industry as a project engineer, project manager, scheduler, or similar role.
Knowledge of processes and procedures followed by General Contractors
Comfortable with modern technology for managing and communicating with customers
Willingness to travel up to 50% weekly to jobsites

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to Doxel’s strategic customers driving impact and success at all times
Act as a subject matter expert on Doxel’s products and help drive the construction industry forward
Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders
Document feature requests, validate minor bugs, and escalate technical requests to engineering leads as needed
Gather feedback from customers and identify trends, pain points, and areas of friction
