Job summary

Doxel is seeking a Construction Client Manager to work remotely from Virginia with weekly travel. You will guide technology adoption for major General Contractors and owners, building strong relationships from field crews to VPs while maximizing usage and value of the Doxel platform.

You will act as a trusted advisor, lead monthly/quarterly business reviews, document requests, gather feedback, and help customers win by leveraging Doxel’s real-time data to improve project speed and budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction as a project engineer, project manager, scheduler, superintendent, and/or project controls.
• Knowledge of processes and procedures followed by General Contractors.
• Comfortable with modern technology for managing and communicating with customers.
• Proactive and self-motivated; high willingness to continually learn new technologies.
• Willingness to travel weekly up to 50% to worksites to build rapport and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Doxel’s strategic customers driving impact and success at all times.
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders.
• Document feature requests, validate minor bugs, and elevate technical requests to engineering leads as needed.
• Gather feedback from customers and identify trends, pain points, and areas of friction.
• Foster universal adoption of the Doxel platform.
• Escalate and triage any high-priority customer situations.
