Job summary

Doxel is seeking a Construction Client Manager to work with General Contractors and owners, guiding technology adoption in the field to improve visibility, efficiency and project outcomes. You will build relationships from field crews to VP level and maximize usage and value of the Doxel platform.

This role is remotely-based in the Austin or Dallas metro areas, requiring weekly travel to job sites across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the commercial construction industry as a project engineer, project manager, scheduler, superintendent, or controls professional.
• Knowledge of processes and procedures followed by General Contractors.
• Comfortable with modern technology for managing and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to strategic customers driving impact and success.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders.
• Drive technology adoption to improve efficiency on job sites and in field operations.
• Document requests, validate issues, and escalate to engineering as needed.
• Build best-practices and FAQs to support customer success.
• Travel to job sites as required to establish relationships and demonstrate value.
