Doxel’s Construction Client Manager team hires a remote-based professional to guide technology adoption in the field for top General Contractors and owners. You will maximize customer usage, adoption, and value while building relationships from field crews to VPs of Construction.

The role involves weekly travel to jobsites, with a focus on driving adoption, delivering measurable impact, and aligning with company core values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction as project engineer/manager/scheduler/superintendent or controls.
• Knowledge of processes and procedures followed by General Contractors.
• Comfortable with modern technology for managing and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to strategic customers and drive impact.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with executives.
• Document feature requests, validate bugs, and elevate requests to engineering.
• Gather feedback, identify trends and areas of friction.
• Foster universal adoption of the Doxel platform.
