Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Connected Buildings Technical Lead to own the Niagara BMS and Skyspark environments for a remote-friendly healthcare client. You will drive reliability, security, and performance while translating complex technical work into measurable operational impact.

You will build automations, collaborate with the client’s technology teams, and lead continuous improvements to workflows, analytics, and platform governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Niagara BMS and Skyspark Analytics in live production environments.
• Ability to maintain uptime and secure access across critical platforms.
• Experience building automation workflows and Copilot-based solutions.
• Strong collaboration with client technology stakeholders.
• Energy calculations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health of Niagara BMS and Skyspark environments.
• Modify graphics, alarms, and configurations to meet needs.
• Build automation to improve team throughput.
• Measure impact with quantitative tools and reporting.
• Coordinate with client technology department as the technical bridge.
• Troubleshoot issues and document changes for security and resilience.
