Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is assisting a Fortune 100 energy management and building automation company in locating a Building Automation Lead Service Specialist.

The role requires three days on-site with two travel days per week, focusing on troubleshooting and programming BAS, including Niagara systems. You will coordinate with internal service teams, maintain safety standards per Siemens, and mentor other technicians while ensuring accurate service ticket documentation and preventive

Qualifications

Experience in Building Automation Systems troubleshooting and programming.
Niagara framework knowledge preferred.
Strong customer service and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and program BAS on-site and remotely as needed.
Coordinate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel.
Follow safety requirements per Siemens and customer policies.
Complete assigned training per training path.
Develop relationships within the customer’s organization and provide strong service.
Identify needs and recommend service agreement upgrades or adds.
May coordinate with contractors on job sites and maintain tools/test equipment.
Respond to service calls and perform repairs on automation systems; document tickets.
