Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Connected Buildings Technical Lead for a remote U.S. role focused on protecting healthcare operations through stable, secure, and efficient building systems.

You’ll own Niagara BMS and Skyspark environments, drive automation, and deliver measurable operations improvements in collaboration with the client's technology team. You will adapt graphics, alarms, and analytics, build quantitative tools, and ensure high availability and secure access in live production

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Niagara BMS and Skyspark in live production environments.
• Ability to maintain uptime and secure access across critical technical environments.
• Experience modifying BMS stations, graphics, alarms, and analytics to meet changing needs.
• Experience building automation workflows and using AI tools, including Copilot agents.
• Ability to build quantitative tools and reporting to measure building performance improvements.
• Experience coordinating with client or enterprise technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Core Connected Buildings Platforms: manage day-to-day health, stability, and administration of Niagara BMS and Skyspark environments.
• Adapt Systems to Evolving Business Needs: modify configurations to support changing requirements while ensuring stability.
• Build Automation: develop workflows to export, organize, and digest BMS and analytics data.
• Measure and Demonstrate Impact: create tools and reporting to quantify performance improvements.
• Serve as a Technical Bridge With the Client: coordinate requirements and priorities across internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and Strengthen Operations: diagnose issues and document changes to maintain security and resilience.
