Job summary

Visionaire Partners seeks a Senior Building Automation & Controls Specialist to lead the design, testing, and deployment of integrated BAS across lab and live client facilities. You will program, commission, and diagnose complex building control systems, optimize HVAC and power networks, and provide detailed documentation and client support.

This hybrid, direct-hire role demands expertise in Niagara N4/AX and real-world electrical/network experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical automation, with 3+ years in top BAS platforms (Niagara, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Trane, Distech).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building/testing control hardware and commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical circuits and network protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Valid US work authorization (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Program, commission, and troubleshoot complex building control architectures
• Perform diagnostic repairs, routine service, and system optimizations on automated equipment
• Read and interpret complex electrical, mechanical, network, and control schematics
• Deliver expert client support, technical documentation, and off-hours emergency response as needed
