Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three+ years of conflicts analysis at a law firm preferred.
• Experience with risk management software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize conflict check reports from the conflicts database for attorneys and staff.
• Analyze New Business conflicts searches and obtain clear information for intake forms.
• Oversee lateral and new hire conflicts reviews and resolve potential conflicts with clients.
