Job summary

ITAC Solutions seeks a remote Conflicts & Intake Specialist to protect the integrity of each new client and matter. You will conduct conflict searches, review intake for accuracy, and set up new client and matter files in a fast-paced legal environment.

This role offers a first-day medical policy, the potential for permanent employment, and collaborative work with attorneys and staff. Strong attention to detail and timely communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with legal conflicts and new matter intake.
• Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Intapp Open is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflict searches and corporate research for new matters.
• Review and validate new client intake submissions for accuracy.
• Set up new client and matter files.
• Maintain and update conflicts database records.
• Communicate conflict findings to attorneys and internal stakeholders.
• Support matter reopenings and special risk management projects.
• Provide guidance on intake policies and procedures.
