Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in law firm conflicts, ethics, or risk management.
• Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent specialized training in conflicts/business intake)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in law firm conflicts, ethics, or risk management

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely conflict clearance for new and existing matters.
• Analyze and resolve conflicts for new matters and lateral hires.
• Evaluate waivers and secure approvals in collaboration with attorneys.
• Document resolutions for audit readiness and maintain data integrity in the conflicts database.
• Support lateral hire diligence and coordinate with recruiting and leadership to mitigate conflicts.
