Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking a Conflicts Counsel to join our team in a hybrid/remote work environment. You will analyze and resolve conflicts for new matters and ongoing client relationships, applying ethics rules and firm policies while coordinating with leadership to mitigate potential conflicts.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of conflicts experience and proficiency with Intapp, Dropbox, OneDrive, iManage, and Filesite.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in law firm conflicts, ethics, or risk management
• Experience with conflicts analysis and ethics rules
• Ability to work under time-intensive deadlines

Responsabilités

• Analyze and resolve conflicts for new and existing matters.
• Apply ethics rules and firm policies.
• Collaborate with attorneys to evaluate waivers and secure approvals.
• Maintain data integrity in the conflicts database.
• Support lateral hire diligence and coordinate with recruiting and leadership to mitigate potential conflicts.
