Job summary

Dykema Gossett, PLLC is seeking an experienced Conflicts Coordinator to perform conflict-of-interest searches in Intapp Open and other required sources for all new clients/matters, internal searches, and updates. The role is fully remote and open to all our U.S. office locations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of law firm conflicts or new business experience, with knowledge of Intapp Open. Responsibilities include data integrity and preliminary review of results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three (3) years of work-related experience in law firm conflicts and/or new business department.
• Experience with automated conflicts and/or workflow systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs conflict-of-interest searches for all new clients/matters, internal hires, and updates.
• Maintains conflict logs and data in Intapp Open and Aderant.
• Reviews results for accuracy and supports system integrity.
