Dykema is seeking an experienced Conflicts Coordinator to perform conflict-of-interest searches in Intapp Open and other sources for new clients and matters. The role also reviews results for lateral hires and ensures data integrity across Intapp Open and Aderant. This position is fully remote and open to all office locations.

The candidate will maintain search logs, support internal searches, and monitor system reliability to uphold compliant, accurate records across client intake processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of law firm conflicts or new business experience.
• Experience with automated conflicts or workflow systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Intapp Open.

Responsabilités

• Performs conflict-of-interest searches for new clients/matters and internal hires.
• Maintains data in Intapp Open and Aderant and keeps logs up to date.
• Monitors system integrity and assists with basic clerical duties.
