Job summary

Dykema Gossett, PLLC is seeking an experienced Conflicts Coordinator to perform conflict-of-interest searches in Intapp Open and other sources for new clients and matters. This fully remote role is open to all our office locations.

You will review results for lateral hires, monitor data integrity, and maintain system accuracy across Intapp Open and Aderant, supporting our firm’s compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum three years in law firm conflicts or new business department.
• Experience with automated conflicts systems and Intapp Open preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflict-of-interest searches for new clients and matters.
• Maintain data integrity in Intapp Open and Aderant.
• Log searches and assist with basic clerical duties.
