Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a Conflicts Researcher in a dynamic, professional environment. You will generate conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open and online research, with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication with staff and attorneys is essential. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, some conflicts experience, and familiarity with databases like Intapp Open, LegalKey, or CompliGuard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior conflicts experience considered.
• Experience with relational databases such as Intapp Open, LegalKey, or CompliGuard Analyze.
• Online research experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office; PDF tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open and online tools.
• Understand and follow department SOPs and conflicts request workflow.
• Interpret conflicts concepts as taught by the National Conflicts Manager and attorneys.
• Demonstrate sound judgment prioritizing firm and department needs.
• Interpret and synthesize information to form conclusions or recommendations.
• Be a self-starter and work across a diverse, fast-paced team.
