Meetings Incentives is seeking a Registration Specialist for Attendee Registration with internal complex meeting experience and remote work options. You will manage attendee data, run reports, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and oversee on-site registration activities to ensure smooth attendee experience.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in meetings or events, strong knowledge of Cvent and MS Office, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven experience with attendee registration and event management.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead attendee registration with attention to SOPs.
• Qualify attendee information and manage communications.
• Prepare and manage onsite registration and related reports.
