Job summary

MCI USA is seeking a Registration Account Executive to join the Registration Operations Team within the Convention Division. You will direct conference registration, liaise with clients and internal support, and drive timelines from advance to post-event.

This remote-friendly role requires strong coordination across Sales, IT, and Marketing teams and a focus on delivering flawless registration experiences. As a key contact, you will establish processes, train call center staff, monitor progress,

Qualifications

• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-task oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-30%.
• Experience in registration/convention industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish business processes for events and communicate to internal teams.
• Ensure accurate setup for registration delivery and data QC.
• Lead client onboarding, meetings, and post-event reviews.
• Prepare weekly checkpoints and post-show reports with SWOT analyses.
• Create and monitor registration pace reports and year-over-year trends.
• Develop complete project plans covering onboarding, website builds, data integrations, and onsite planning.
• Exercise independent decision authority for problem resolution.
