Job summary

NWRPCA is seeking a Meeting & Education Specialist to lead the planning and execution of its education portfolio, including conferences, webinars, and LMS programs. The role requires coordinating logistics, budgets, speaker management, and continuing education processes to deliver high-quality member experiences.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, managing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, with attention to industry trends and accessibility

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in planning and managing conferences, meetings, or educational programs.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and contract coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the execution of conferences, webinars, workshops, meetings, and LMS-based learning programs.
• Develop, monitor, and reconcile budgets; track revenue, expenses, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, speakers, and staff to ensure successful event delivery.
• Oversee abstract solicitation/review, speaker recruitment, scheduling, and continuing education documentation.
