Job summary

Consilio LLC, a global leader in eDiscovery services, seeks a Concierge Services specialist. You will assist high-value clients by phone and email, guiding them through login, navigation, and task execution. Training on searches, exports and advanced features is required, along with handling account access requests.

Remote-friendly with evening shifts in ET. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in service roles, English plus another language, and proficiency in Windows/Mac and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any discipline).
• Multilingual in English and at least German/Mandarin/Cantonese.
• 2–3 years in customer service, tech support, legal, government, financial or hospitality.
• Windows and Mac OS proficiency.
• Microsoft 365 – Office, Visio and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients over phone and email with login, navigation and tasks.
• Train clients to login, run searches and exports, and use advanced features.
• Fulfill requests such as account creations and project access.
