Job summary

Courser seeks a Client Concierge to support small and long-tail clients with proactive, high-quality customer service and operational support. You will handle non-technical inbound requests, assist with survey follow-ups, and help ensure operational excellence for clients not assigned to a dedicated Account Manager.

You will collaborate with Service Operations and Account Management to keep CRM data accurate, support quotes and orders for small accounts, and coordinate renewal communications

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or customer success (MSP or IT services preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; handle billing inquiries.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and licensing processes.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative; comfortable in a remote outsourced team.
• Clear escalation paths for complex issues and at-risk accounts.
• Adherence to Courser values, standards, and data handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound client requests not service-oriented (billing questions, quotes).
• Provide first-touch resolution or route to the right internal team with documentation.
• Ensure timely client communication and follow-through for satisfaction.
• Support MS licensing renewals and pricing communications with partners (TD SYNNEX).
• Maintain accurate CRM data for accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Process basic quotes and orders for small customers and Account Managers.
• Coordinate preparation for Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs).
