Consilio is seeking a Concierge Services professional to support exclusive clients by phone and email. You will train users on system login, navigation, searches, and exports, while handling account creation and project access requests. The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving and client advocacy.

Work hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 2pm–11pm Eastern, with remote work options from home. A Bachelor’s degree is required and multilingual capabilities are valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• Multilingual in English and at least one of German/Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Experience: 2–3 years in customer service, tech support, legal, government, financial or hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Visio and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients by phone and email and guide them on system login, navigation and tasks.
• Train clients on login, searches, exports and advanced features.
• Process client requests such as account creations and project access.
