Job summary

Courser is seeking a Client Concierge to support small and long-tail clients with proactive, high-quality service and operational tasks. You will manage non-technical inquiries, aid Account Managers, and maintain CRM data hygiene while coordinating with Service Operations and Sales teams.

You will handle quotes, renewals, and basic orders for small customers, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation in a remote team setting across the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, contact center, or customer success roles (MSP or IT services experience preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including billing questions and basic sales inquiries.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), quoting tools, and Microsoft licensing processes.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Remote outsourced team experience and collaborative approach.
• Scope limited to triage, client outreach, renewal support, quoting assistance, SBR preparation, and CRM data hygiene.
• Clear escalation paths for complex billing issues, service quality concerns, or at-risk customer accounts.
• Adherence to Courser values, operational standards, and data-handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound client requests from the dispatcher pool that are not service-oriented, including billing questions and simple quotes.
• Provide first-touch resolution when possible or route requests with clear documentation.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-through to maintain client satisfaction.
• Proactively request survey participation and improve CSAT/NPS response rates.
• Document client feedback and escalate detractor responses as needed.
• Maintain accurate records for accounts, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Assist with SBR preparation and coordinating meeting logistics.
• Process basic quote requests and orders for small customers and account managers, including workstations and peripherals.
• Communicate renewal pricing and coordinate with TD SYNNEX for renewal workflows.
• Support small accounts (<$1,500 MRR) with outreach, requests, and general client support.
