Job summary

Megaport is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for Latitude to lead a distributed compute-focused team in a fast-moving, integration-heavy environment. You will own the technical motion from discovery to PoCs, while remaining hands-on on the largest opportunities.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will collaborate with Sales Pods and partner channels globally. The role requires 8+ years in customer-facing tech roles, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of bare metal/GPU compute,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical customer-facing role (SA, SE, or similar).
• 3+ years leading or mentoring a pre-sales team.
• Hands-on expertise in bare metal compute, GPU compute, virtualization, and containers.
• Credibility in AI/HPC infrastructure and high-performance networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead Latitude Compute Solutions Architecture team, including hiring and career paths.
• Lead technical pre-sales: discovery, design, sizing, and POC for strategic opportunities.
• Deliver demos, workshops, and proofs of concept personally.
• Be the escalation path for customers on technical matters.
