Pragmatike, on behalf of a fast-growing GPU compute and cloud infrastructure company, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of enterprise relationships from pre-sales through onboarding and production usage.

You will work with enterprise customers, account managers, product and infra teams to ensure workloads deploy, run, and scale successfully. This role is autonomous and hands-on, focusing on complex infrastructure problems and customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on Linux and cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience with virtualization, Kubernetes, and networking.
• Exposure to GPU compute, storage, and enterprise deployments.

Aufgaben

• Own enterprise onboarding and initial workloads through production.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with SRE/engineering.
• Lead technical discovery, design, and POC efforts with the commercial team.
• Design and run POCs with clear success criteria.
• Debug workloads including multi-GPU scenarios with customer engineers.
• Monitor account health and surface potential issues.
• Collaborate with product, SRE, and engineering to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Improve onboarding and operational processes based on recurring problems.
