Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in computational biology or bioinformatics within drug discovery.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R; experience with cheminformatics/bioinformatics libraries.

Responsibilities

• Develop computational models for large-scale biological datasets (transcriptomics, proteomics, genomics).
• Design virtual screening campaigns and molecular docking studies.
• Integrate diverse data sources to build predictive models for drug efficacy and safety.
• Collaborate asynchronously with medicinal chemists, biologists, and pharmacologists to guide programs.
• Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and visualization tools.
• Present complex biological results to project teams and leadership.
