Job summary

Bread Financial is seeking a Senior - Compliance Testing Specialist in the United States to lead the compliance testing function, develop test plans, and coordinate regulatory tests. You will assess risk, internal controls, and business processes, and influence stakeholders up to one to two levels above you.

The role requires strong knowledge of banking compliance, TILA/ECOA/UDAAP, and data analytics with SQL. Hybrid work environment with travel up to 5% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent education.
• Certifications such as CRCM, CERP, CIA, CFSA, ACAMS, PMP, CPA.
• 6+ years experience in Consumer Credit Lending and Banking Compliance.
• Experience evaluating controls against regulations like TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, FCRA, SCRA, MLA.
• Knowledge of SQL and extracting data from data warehouses (EDW, EDH, Databricks).

• Lead and mentor the compliance testing team; supervise projects and provide feedback.
• Plan and scope compliance tests by assessing laws and risks.
