Bread Financial is seeking a Senior Compliance Testing Specialist to design test plans, coordinate regulatory tests, and assess risk across processes. The role emphasizes influencing stakeholders and serving as a subject matter expert within the department.

Remote or Hybrid work is possible, with 3–4 days per month in-office for those within 60 miles of a Bread Financial location. Travel up to 5% annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in consumer credit, banking compliance, or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent education. Certifications: CRCM, CERP, CIA, CFSA, ACAMS, PMP, CPA, etc.
• Sufficient knowledge to write SQL and extract data from data warehouses; exposure to AI tools for regulatory IT risk assessment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the compliance testing team including supervision, training, and giving feedback.
• Plan and scope compliance transactional and control environment tests by assessing laws and risks.
• Develop appropriate review scopes using business process knowledge.
