Qualifications

• Six (6) years of experience in public or legislative policy, and/or complex regulatory experience.
• Substitutions may be used where appropriate.
• Preferred qualifications include public policy, regulatory or compliance experience; strong written and verbal communication; project management; attention to detail; customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complaints/grievances, CIRs, and audits for the Behavioral Health Administration.
• Collect, review, and route records; schedule meetings and prepare written correspondence.
• Support background checks for licensees and waivers; assist with CORA requirements.
• Assist in preparing tracking data for reports and unit improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders and support site visits and audits.
