Job summary

Smart Start is seeking a Reporting Specialist III (CRS III) to interpret, analyze, and report data for Monitoring Authorities, while managing the daily sorting and distribution of data recorded from alcohol monitoring devices in accordance with jurisdictional requirements. This fully remote role supports the Compliance Supervisor and conducts data reviews with accuracy and efficiency.

An exceptional customer-service mindset is essential; you will train new hires, lead quarterly CRS training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of Compliance Reporting Specialist experience.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proprietary systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to lead training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency and accuracy when utilizing company systems and protect data integrity.
• Review reports for accuracy and compliance with data content and formatting.
• Transmit all data reports within jurisdictional requirements.
• Assist the Compliance Supervisor with research, reports, and court documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports using databases and proprietary software.
• Provide training to Monitoring Authorities on new reports and system changes.
• Lead quarterly training sessions for CRS I and CRS II staff.
• Meet or exceed deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
