Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regulatory interpretation: Understand and apply federal and state requirements related to HCBS, protections, accessibility, and oversight.
• Grievance coordination: Manage intake, tracking, review, and documentation of grievances and complaints.
• Evidence review: Examine records, documentation, findings, and reports to evaluate compliance and identify risks.
• Stakeholder support: Provide guidance to providers, administrative entities, and coordination organizations regarding system requirements.
• Data analysis: Analyze grievance trends, operational practices, and system information to identify concerns and improvement needs.
• Training delivery: Create and provide training materials related to grievance procedures, protections, and regulatory expectations.
