Job summary

The Hilb Group, LLC is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our Employee Benefits Compliance national practice group in Cranston, RI. This role supports drafting client service agreements, filing Forms 5500, 720, 1094, and 1095, and maintaining plan information across platforms.

A detail-oriented, deadline-driven professional with legal or benefits experience is preferred, with hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; paralegal or legal studies certification or legal work experience preferred.
• Experience in employee benefits is a plus but not required.
• Strong detail orientation and deadline-driven.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Planner and Forms.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit client service agreements using a contract management system.
• Track client service agreements from initial request through final execution.
• Assist with annual reporting and filing, including Forms 5500, 720 and 1095.
• Update employer and benefits plan information across multiple platforms.
