Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Reporting Specialist I in Grapevine, TX. The role focuses on managing daily data sorting, processing, and distribution from alcohol monitoring devices to Monitoring Authorities and clients, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

A customer-service mindset is essential as the CRS I supports projects of limited complexity and reports to the Compliance Supervisor. Full-time remote work is offered with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required (0–1+ years).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proficient with basic computer skills; willing to learn proprietary systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to adapt and stay resourceful in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Understand collection and distribution of client data for Monitoring Authorities and clients.
• Maintain client files and ensure data integrity across databases.
• Submit photo reviews and document scans accurately and on time.
• Review daily data communications to Monitoring Authorities.
• Handle correspondence efficiently and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Meet or exceed all assigned deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
