Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT and state regulations. The role serves as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program, guiding policy interpretation and handling complex transactions with accuracy and accountability.

Remote work from home is possible. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple program transactions and supporting pre/post-employment processes in HR Compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience ensuring compliance with DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Two or more years in a functional service area (HR/Payroll/Benefits/etc.)
• Two or more years of relevant work experience (data uploads, organizational changes)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment (intermediate)
