Job summary

Gold Adam, Inc. is expanding its regulatory reporting team in the Dallas area.

The Compliance Reporting Coordinator ensures transactions are reported accurately and on time to law enforcement and regulatory agencies across multiple jurisdictions, using LeadsOnline and other channels. You will maintain audit-ready records, collaborate with Fleet, Route, and Gold Appraisal teams, and support audits and investigations while monitoring regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a compliance, operations, administrative, legal, or similar role.
• Attention to detail with transactional data.
• Proficient with online reporting platforms such as LeadsOnline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with law enforcement.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Experience with spreadsheets.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit daily transaction reports for all applicable jurisdictions.
• Monitor jurisdiction-specific reporting requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for law enforcement.
• Maintain audit-ready records of all submitted reports and correspondence.
• Map reporting requirements by city/county/state and maintain a reporting playbook.
• Coordinate data accuracy with Fleet, Tour, and Gold Controlling teams.
• Escalate discrepancies to the Head of Compliance & Risk.
• Support audits or investigations by pulling reports and documents.
• Assist in drafting SOPs and training materials.
• Track upcoming regulatory changes for process updates.
